

Recently, a project focusing on the research, development, and production of titanium alloy materials has officially been established in the Xi’an High-Tech Zone.The project is funded and implemented by a national high-tech enterprise, aiming to fill the technical gap in a specific niche market in China.
The investment company is a subsidiary established in Xi’an in June 2022 by a domestic listed company, focusing on integrating the advantageous resources of the titanium industry. The company is mainly engaged in the research and development, production, sales, and intelligent manufacturing of rare metal materials and products. Its products are widely used in high-tech fields such as aerospace, naval vessels, military industry, energy, and 3C electronics.It has mature capabilities in the research and development of rare metal materials such as titanium alloys and high-temperature alloys, as well as in automated intelligent manufacturing. It also has deep technical expertise in the design, development, and manufacturing of intelligent production lines.Currently, preliminary research on this titanium alloy project has been largely completed, and it is about to enter the small-scale pilot production stage.The main target applications of the project products are key components such as external cooling pipes, ACC bleed air ring pipes, and cooling bleed air pipes for aerospace vehicles.Project development involves multiple key technical aspects, including material property evaluation, process route research, non-standard equipment manufacturing, and processing parameter optimization. Construction of industrialization facilities is currently underway.
One of the core achievements of the project is the independently developed titanium alloy welded pipe production line.This production line has technically resolved some of the key challenges currently faced in the welded pipe manufacturing industry, providing an effective solution for the large-scale, high-quality production of thin-walled titanium welded pipes.The production line has achieved significant improvements in efficiency and product yield.The company’s high-performance, high-precision titanium alloy tubes for aerospace series gas cylinders have passed all necessary physical performance tests, meet relevant technical specifications, and provide urgently needed product support for key national model construction in specific sub-sectors.The successful development and mass production of this titanium welded pipe product is expected to provide important material support for the development of China’s aerospace industry.
